Multiple local businesses have come together to give back to 30 Veterans for 30 Days. We are giving back in many ways, to help support 30 heroes in need.
ABOUT THE EVENT
The Bremer Team's "30 Days for 30 Vets" event is a remarkable community initiative showcasing the profound generosity and support of local businesses towards veterans in need. Over the course of 30 days, this event will transform the lives of 30 deserving veterans by providing essential home repairs and improvements valued at over $200,000.
Local businesses in McHenry County are rallying together to donate their expertise and resources, ensuring that these veterans receive crucial upgrades to their homes. The support ranges from crucial repairs like new roof and ramps to transformative projects such as kitchen remodels, new flooring installations, and upgrades like washers, dryers, water softeners, tuff sheds, and more.
Each veteran selected for this program will experience not just physical improvements to their living spaces but also a renewed sense of dignity and comfort in their homes. This initiative goes beyond mere construction; it reflects heartfelt gratitude from the community towards those who have served their country.

EVENT TIMELINE
August 1st, 2024 - September 30th, 2024: Applications will be accepted.
Early October 2024: A selection committee will meet to review the applications.
End of October 2024: Deserving recipients will be contacted.
November 1st, 2024 - November 30th, 2024: Each day in November, a deserving recipient will be featured and their story will be shared.
